Hammer brings more than 17 years of experience across insurance and financial services, with a strong foundation in property and casualty insurance, risk management, and protection planning. She is the owner of Hammer Insurance LLC, an independent insurance agency serving individuals and businesses in Ohio, and a co-owner of Hammer, Ruff & Associates Tax and Consulting, Inc. Together, these businesses were built with a shared focus on integrity, long-term relationships, and client-first service.
Kasey holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is a fully licensed insurance agent. Her background in accounting and financial services shapes how she approaches insurance planning, not as a one-size-fits-all transaction, but as part of a broader protection strategy. She works closely with clients and trusted referral partners to help identify exposures, coordinate appropriate coverage solutions, and ensure insurance decisions align with real-life needs and goals.
